Annual Inspection of Aerial Equipment

It is required by ANSI and SIA that an inspection be performed on any aerial platform within thirteen (13) months of the prior inspection. The Forklifts of Minnesota, Inc. aerial equipment inspection is designed to help meet safety requirements to ensure customer safety and efficiency. 

These inspections can be performed on-site or at our location. We will also advise you of any additional repairs that may be necessary.

The Annual Inspection Program includes:

  • Visual Inspection

  • Platform and Scissor Arms/Boom

  • Electrical

  • Hydraulic System

  • Engine

  • Safety Items

Please note: Safety inspections do not take the place of periodic planned maintenance requirements that apply to all aerial equipment.
